Refund & Cancellation Policy

All flight tickets booked through FlyNaija remain subject to the refund and cancellation policies of the issuing airline.

FlyNaija cannot override airline refund decisions.

The FlyNaija booking assistance fee covers administrative services provided in securing and managing reservations.

Once a booking has been successfully completed, the FlyNaija service fee may be non-refundable.

Where an airline approves a refund:

• Refund processing times are determined by the airline.
• FlyNaija will assist customers in submitting refund requests where applicable.
• FlyNaija cannot guarantee airline approval.

In cases where airlines alter schedules, cancel flights, or make operational changes, customers must follow the options provided by the airline.

FlyNaija may assist with communication but does not control airline decisions.

Customers are encouraged to contact FlyNaija support before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks to allow issues to be resolved efficiently.
