FlyNaija Terms of Service

FlyNaija is a travel technology platform that enables users to:

• Compare domestic and international flight fares.
• Search and monitor flight prices.
• Receive travel-related information.
• Request booking assistance from FlyNaija.

FlyNaija is not an airline and does not operate aircraft, airports, or transportation services.

All flights displayed on FlyNaija are operated by independent airlines and travel providers.

FlyNaija strives to provide accurate fare information. However:

• Airlines may update prices without notice.
• Seat availability may change at any time.
• Taxes and fees may vary.
• Promotional fares may expire without notice.

The final fare displayed by the airline or travel provider at the time of ticket issuance shall prevail.

FlyNaija cannot guarantee that fares displayed on the platform will remain available.

Users may choose either:

• To book directly with the airline; or
• To request booking assistance from FlyNaija.

When booking assistance is requested, FlyNaija acts solely as an intermediary facilitating the reservation process.

FlyNaija does not become a party to the transportation contract between the passenger and the airline.

A booking assistance fee of up to five percent (5%) of the ticket value may be charged when FlyNaija processes a reservation on behalf of a customer.

This service fee is separate from:

• Airline ticket costs.
• Airport charges.
• Government taxes.
• Baggage fees.
• Seat selection fees.
• Payment processing fees.
• Any other airline-imposed charges.

Applicable fees will be disclosed before payment is completed.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all passenger information submitted is accurate, including:

• Full legal names.
• Dates of birth.
• Contact information.
• Passport information where applicable.

FlyNaija shall not be liable for losses resulting from inaccurate passenger details provided by the customer.

All tickets remain subject to the policies of the issuing airline, including:

• Refund rules.
• Cancellation rules.
• Change fees.
• Check-in requirements.
• Baggage policies.
• Boarding requirements.

Customers are responsible for reviewing airline policies before travel.

FlyNaija shall not be liable for:

• Flight cancellations.
• Schedule changes.
• Delayed departures.
• Missed connections.
• Airline operational disruptions.
• Lost baggage.
• Immigration issues.
• Visa denials.
• Airport closures.
• Force majeure events.

FlyNaija's maximum liability, where applicable by law, shall not exceed the amount paid directly to FlyNaija for its booking assistance service.

Users agree not to:

• Misuse the platform.
• Submit fraudulent information.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Interfere with platform operations.
• Engage in unlawful activities through FlyNaija.

All trademarks, content, branding, software, and intellectual property displayed on FlyNaija remain the property of FlyNaija or their respective owners.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

FlyNaija reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
